Some repairs carry inherent risks. We will inform you of significant risks, and you accept these risks when authorizing work. High-risk items include:

• Delicate fabrics (silk, lace, beaded items)
• Items with existing damage
• Designer or high-value pieces

7. Cancellation and Returns

• Work may be cancelled before commencement without charge
• Cancellation after work begins may incur charges for work completed
• Completed work cannot be returned unless defective
• Custom alterations are final sale

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
